Common use of Procedures for Entering into Transactions Clause in Contracts

Procedures for Entering into Transactions. (a) With respect to each Transaction entered into pursuant to this Agreement and for the purposes of Section 9(e)(ii), Party A will, by or promptly after the relevant Trade Date, send Party B and the Global Trust Manager a Confirmation substantially in the form set out in Annexure 1 or Annexure 2 (as the case may be) (or in such other form as may be agreed between Party A, Party B and the Global Trust Manager), and Party B and the Global Trust Manager must promptly then confirm the accuracy of and sign and return, or request the correction of, such Confirmation. (b) Party B will enter into each Transaction in its capacity as trustee of the Trust.
