Procedures for Entering into Transactions. (a) With respect to each Transaction entered into pursuant to this Agreement and for the purposes of Section 9(e)(ii), Party A will, by or promptly after the relevant Trade Date, send: (i) Party B and the Global Trust Manager a Confirmation substantially in the form set out in Annexure 1 (or in such other form as may be agreed between Party A, Party B and the Global Trust Manager), and Party B and the Global Trust Manager must promptly then confirm the accuracy of and sign and return, or request the correction of, such Confirmation; and (ii) Party B and the Global Trust Manager a Confirmation substantially in the form set out in Annexure 2 (or in such other form as may be agreed between Party A, Party B and the Global Trust Manager), and Party B and the Global Trust Manager must promptly then confirm the accuracy of and sign and return, or request the correction of, such Confirmation; and (b) Party B will enter into each Transaction in its capacity as trustee of the Trust.
