PROCEDURES FOR EQUIPMENT REMOVAL. All Riggers/Buyer’s must present authorized Blackbird personnel with an original insurance certificate in the amount of at least $2,000,000.00 prior to commencing any removal activities (see attached sheet). The auctioneer has the right to reduce or eliminate these requirements at his sole discretion.
