They shall also notify the UNECE secretariat any subsequent modifications thereof. The notification act shall state for which UN Regulations the technical services have been designated.
3.2. A technical service may conduct the activities described in paragraph 1 for the purposes of UN type approval only if it has been notified to the UNECE secretariat.
3.3. The same technical service may be designated and notified by several Contracting Parties, irrespective of the category of activities which they conduct.
3.4. The UNECE secretariat shall publish the list and contact details of the approval authorities and technical services on its website.
1. Activities in testing for UN type approval, to be carried out in accordance with UN Regulations
1.1. Category A (tests performed in own facilities): ISO/IEC 17025:2005 on the general requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories. A technical service designated for category A activities may carry out or supervise the tests according to UN Regulations for which it has been designated, in the facilities of the manufacturer or of its representative.
1.2. Category B (supervising tests performed in the manufacturer's facilities or in the facilities of its representative): ISO/IEC 17020:2012 on the general criteria for the operation of various types of bodies performing inspection. Before performing or supervising any test in the facilities of a manufacturer or of its representative, the technical service shall verify that the test facilities and measurement devices comply with the appropriate requirements of paragraph 1.1.

PROCEDURES FOR NOTIFICATION. The following notification and review procedures are intended to provide timely receipt, review, and comment by Fort Xxxxxx on development applications early in the County of Columbia’s review process and prior to approval, subject to the County of Columbia review and approval process and timeframes.
4.1. The County of Columbia will provide written notice to Fort Xxxxxx within five (5) business days of completion of a development application, if located within the specified area in Section 2. The notice will include materials from the application packet that provide the recipient information about the proposal.
4.2. Fort Xxxxxx will review the information and submit written comments to the County of Columbia within ten (10) business days of receiving the application. Written comments from Fort Xxxxxx will include any relevant concerns relating to adverse impacts on the Fort Xxxxxx mission, and/or public health and safety. The Parties agree that Fort Xxxxxx responses are advisory in nature and the County cannot require an applicant to meet recommendations that the County does not have legal authority to enforce, although the County can request applicants comply with the recommendations at the County’s discretion. If it is determined that there are no concerns with the development application, Fort Xxxxxx will provide written notification to the County of Columbia acknowledging completion of review and findings of no adverse impact within the ten (10) business day period. If Fort Xxxxxx does not provide written comments to the County of Columbia within the ten (10) business day period, the development application will be deemed to have no adverse impact on Fort Xxxxxx.
4.3. The County of Columbia shall review and consider the Fort Xxxxxx comments and concerns when addressing the development application.
4.4. The County shall provide written notice to Fort Xxxxxx when a public hearing is scheduled for a proposed development that was submitted to Fort Xxxxxx for review.
PROCEDURES FOR NOTIFICATION. 1. With respect to each technical service that they have designated, Member States shall notify to the Commission:
(a) the name;
(b) the address, including electronic address;
(c) the responsible persons;
(d) the category of activities; and
(e) any modifications or changes related to a designation referred to in Article 45.
2. A technical service may conduct the activities referred to in Article 45
(1) on behalf of the designating approval authority responsible for the EU type-approval only if it has been notified beforehand to the Commission in accordance with paragraph 1 of this Article.
3. The same technical service may be designated by several designating approval authorities and notified by the Member States of these designating approval authorities irrespective of the category or categories of activities it will conduct in accordance with Article 45(1).

5. Where a specific organisation or competent body carrying out an activity not included in Article 45
(1) needs to be designated in application of a delegated act, the notification shall be made in accordance with this Article.

PROCEDURES FOR NOTIFICATION. The City has set up an “Employee Weather Line” at 503-674- 7202 to communicate with non-essential employees regarding closure of City services on inclement weather days. On days when such weather conditions occur, the City Manager will make a determination as to whether or not the City will be open to the public. The message on the “Employee Weather Line” will be updated by 6:30 a.m. Unless the City Manager or their designee notifies employees that the City is closed to the public and non-essential employees on the “Employee Weather Line” all employees are to consider the City open and operating and are to report to work as described below.
