Procedures for Renewal. The Issuing Authority and the Licensee agree that any proceedings undertaken by the Issuing Authority that relate to the renewal of the Licensee’s License shall be governed by and comply with the provisions of Section 626 of the Cable Act (47 U.S.C. § 546), or any such successor statute, as well as any governing state statutes, including M.G.L. c. 166A, and regulations to the extent not preempted by federal law.
