Procedures for Renewal. (a) By July 1, of the terminal year of the initial contract the Xxxx shall notify in writing all Faculty Members who must be considered for renewal that academic year, with a copy to the Association. The notice shall include the criteria and procedures for renewal, including the timeline of the process.
