Procedures for Submitting. <<customer_name>> Subscriber Information are found in The BellSouth Business Rules for Local Ordering. 5.3.1 Notwithstanding any provision(s) to the contrary, <<customer_name>> shall provide to BellSouth, and BellSouth shall accept, <<customer_name>>’s Subscriber Listing Information (SLI) relating to <<customer_name>>’s customers in the geographic area(s) covered by this Interconnection Agreement. <<customer_name>> authorizes BellSouth to release all such <<customer_name>> SLI provided to BellSouth by <<customer_name>> to qualifying third parties via either license agreement or BellSouth’s Directory Publishers Database Service (DPDS), General Subscriber Services Tariff, Section A38.2, as the same may be amended from time to time. Such <<customer_name>> SLI shall be intermingled with BellSouth’s own customer listings and listings of any other CLEC that has authorized a similar release of SLI. Where necessary, BellSouth will use good faith efforts to obtain state commission approval of any necessary modifications to Section A38.2 of its tariff to provide for release of third party directory listings, including modifications regarding listings to be released pursuant to such tariff and BellSouth’s liability thereunder. BellSouth’s obligation pursuant to this Section shall not arise in any particular state until the commission of such state has approved modifications to such tariff. 5.3.2 No compensation shall be paid to <<customer_name>> for BellSouth’s receipt of <<customer_name>> SLI, or for the subsequent release to third parties of such SLI. In addition, to the extent BellSouth incurs costs to modify its systems to enable the release of <<customer_name>>’s SLI, or costs on an ongoing basis to administer the release of <<customer_name>> SLI, <<customer_name>> shall pay to BellSouth its proportionate share of the reasonable costs associated therewith. 5.3.3 Neither BellSouth nor any agent shall be liable for the content or accuracy of any SLI provided by <<customer_name>> under this Agreement. <<customer_name>> shall indemnify, hold harmless and defend BellSouth and its agents from and against any damages, losses, liabilities, demands claims, suits, judgments, costs and expenses (including but not limited to reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses) arising from BellSouth’s tariff obligations or otherwise and resulting from or arising out of any third party’s claim of inaccurate <<customer_name>> listings or use of the SLI provided pursuant to this Agreement. BellSouth may forward to <<customer_name>> any complaints received by BellSouth relating to the accuracy or quality of <<customer_name>> listings. 5.3.4 Listings and subsequent updates will be released consistent with BellSouth system changes and/or update scheduling requirements.

Procedures for Submitting. <<customer_name>> Subscriber Information Premier SLI are found in The BellSouth Business Rules for Local Ordering. 5.3.1 Notwithstanding any provision(s) to the contrary, <<customer_name>> shall provide to BellSouth, and BellSouth shall accept, <<customer_name>>’s Subscriber Listing Information (SLI) relating to <<customer_name>>’s customers in the geographic area(s) covered by this Interconnection Agreement. <<customer_name>> 4.2.1 Premier authorizes BellSouth to release all such <<customer_name>> Premier SLI provided to BellSouth by <<customer_name>> Premier to qualifying third parties via either license agreement or BellSouth’s Directory Publishers Database Service (DPDS), General Subscriber Services TariffTariff (GSST), Section A38.2, as the same may be amended from time to time. Such <<customer_name>> Premier SLI shall be intermingled with BellSouth’s own customer listings and listings of any other CLEC that has authorized a similar release of SLI. Where necessary, BellSouth will use good faith efforts to obtain state commission approval of any necessary modifications to Section A38.2 of its tariff to provide for release of third party directory listings, including modifications regarding listings to be released pursuant to such tariff and BellSouth’s liability thereunder. At any time that costs may be incurred to administer the release of Premier’s SLI, Premier will be notified. If Premier does not wish to pay its proportionate share of these reasonable costs, Premier may instruct BellSouth that it does not wish to release its SLI to independent publishers, and Premier shall amend this Agreement accordingly. Premier will be liable for all costs incurred until the effective date of the amendment. 5.3.3 4.2.3 Neither BellSouth nor any agent shall be liable for the content or accuracy of any SLI provided by <<customer_name>> Premier under this Agreement. <<customer_name>> Premier shall indemnify, hold harmless and defend BellSouth and its agents from and against any damages, losses, liabilities, demands demands, claims, suits, judgments, costs and expenses (including but not limited to reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses) arising from BellSouth’s tariff obligations or otherwise and resulting from or arising out of any third party’s claim of inaccurate <<customer_name>> Premier listings or use of the SLI provided pursuant to this Agreement. Before BellSouth incurs any cost under this Section, it shall inform Network Telephone of its good faith estimate of Network Telephone’s share of such cost, and Network Telephone shall have the option of agreeing in writing to the cost or of discontinuing the release of Network Telephone’s SLI. 5.3.3 Neither 6.3.3 BellSouth nor any agent shall not be liable for the content or accuracy of any SLI provided by <<customer_name>> under this Agreement. <<customer_name>> shall indemnify, hold harmless and defend BellSouth and its agents from and against any damages, losses, liabilities, demands claims, suits, judgments, costs and expenses (including but not limited to reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses) arising from BellSouth’s tariff obligations or otherwise and resulting from or arising out of any third party’s claim of inaccurate <<customer_name>> listings or use of the SLI provided pursuant to this Agreement. At any time that costs may be incurred to administer the release of Azul Tel’s SLI, Azul Tel will be notified. If Azul Tel does not wish to pay its proportionate share of these reasonable costs, Azul Tel may instruct BellSouth that it does not wish to release its SLI to independent publishers, and Azul Tel shall amend this Agreement accordingly. At any time that costs may be incurred to administer the release of AllSouth Phone’s SLI, AllSouth Phone will be notified. If AllSouth Phone does not wish to pay its proportionate share of these reasonable costs, AllSouth Phone may instruct BellSouth that it does not wish to release its SLI to independent publishers, and AllSouth Phone shall amend this Agreement accordingly. AllSouth Phone will be liable for all costs incurred until the effective date of the amendment. 5.3.3 4.2.3 Neither BellSouth nor any agent shall be liable for the content or accuracy of any SLI provided by <<customer_name>> AllSouth Phone under this Agreement. <<customer_name>> AllSouth Phone shall indemnify, hold harmless and defend BellSouth and its agents from and against any damages, losses, liabilities, demands demands, claims, suits, judgments, costs and expenses (including but not limited to reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses) arising from BellSouth’s tariff obligations or otherwise and resulting from or arising out of any third party’s claim of inaccurate <<customer_name>> AllSouth Phone listings or use of the SLI provided pursuant to this Agreement. BellSouth may forward to <<customer_name>> AllSouth Phone any complaints received by BellSouth relating to the accuracy or quality of <<customer_name>> AllSouth Phone listings. 5.3.4 4.2.4 Listings and subsequent updates will be released consistent with BellSouth system changes and/or update scheduling requirements.

Procedures for Submitting. <<customer_name>> DukeNet Subscriber Information are found in The BellSouth Business Rules for Local Ordering. 5.3.1 Notwithstanding any provision(s) to the contrary, <<customer_name>> DukeNet shall provide to BellSouth, and BellSouth shall accept, <<customer_name>>DukeNet’s Subscriber Listing Information (SLI) relating to <<customer_name>>DukeNet’s customers in the geographic area(s) covered by this Interconnection Agreement. <<customer_name>> DukeNet authorizes BellSouth to release all such <<customer_name>> DukeNet SLI provided to BellSouth by <<customer_name>> DukeNet to qualifying third parties via either license agreement or BellSouth’s Directory Publishers Database Service (DPDS), General Subscriber Services Tariff, Section A38.2, as the same may be amended from time to time. Such <<customer_name>> DukeNet SLI shall be intermingled with BellSouth’s own customer listings and listings of any other CLEC that has authorized a similar release of SLI. Where necessary, BellSouth will use good faith efforts to obtain state commission approval of any necessary modifications to Section A38.2 of its tariff to provide for release of third party directory listings, including modifications regarding listings to be released pursuant to such tariff and BellSouth’s liability thereunder. BellSouth’s obligation pursuant to this Section shall not arise in any particular state until the commission of such state has approved modifications to such tariff. 5.3.2 No compensation shall be paid to <<customer_name>> DukeNet for BellSouth’s receipt of <<customer_name>> DukeNet SLI, or for the subsequent release to third parties of such SLI. In addition, to the extent BellSouth incurs costs to modify its systems to enable the release of <<customer_name>>DukeNet’s SLI, or costs on an ongoing basis to administer the release of <<customer_name>> DukeNet SLI, <<customer_name>> DukeNet shall pay to BellSouth its proportionate share of the reasonable costs associated therewith. 5.3.3 Neither BellSouth nor any agent shall not be liable for the content or accuracy of any SLI provided by <<customer_name>> DukeNet under this Agreement. <<customer_name>> DukeNet shall indemnify, hold harmless and defend BellSouth and its agents from and against any damages, losses, liabilities, demands claims, suits, judgments, costs and expenses (including but not limited to reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses) arising from BellSouth’s tariff obligations or otherwise and resulting from or arising out of any third party’s claim of inaccurate <<customer_name>> DukeNet listings or use of the SLI provided pursuant to this Agreement.
