Procedures Under Revolving Credit. (a) The Lead Borrower may request Revolving Credit Loans from time to time under, in each instance in accordance with such procedures as may from time to time be acceptable to the Administrative Agent, including, without limitation, notice to the Administrative Agent of any requested borrowing by 11:00 A.M. Boston, Massachusetts time on the proposed day of the subject Revolving Credit Loans.
