Common use of Proceedings and Documents Satisfactory Clause in Contracts

Proceedings and Documents Satisfactory. All opinions, certificates and other instruments and all proceedings taken in connection with the execution and delivery of this Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby shall be reasonably satisfactory to the Noteholders and their special counsel; and the Noteholders and their special counsel shall have received copies of such documents and papers as may be reasonably requested in connection therewith.
