Common use of Proceedings and Instruments Satisfactory; Certificates Clause in Contracts

Proceedings and Instruments Satisfactory; Certificates. All proceedings, corporate or otherwise, to be taken by F & M in connection with the transaction contemplated by this Agreement shall have occurred and all appropriate documents incident thereto as BANK may reasonably request shall have been delivered to BANK. F & M shall have delivered certificates in such detail as BANK may reasonably request as to compliance with the conditions set forth in this Article 9.

Proceedings and Instruments Satisfactory; Certificates. All proceedings, corporate or otherwise, to be taken by F & M in connection with the transaction transactions contemplated by this Agreement shall have occurred and all appropriate documents incident thereto as BANK F & M and Subsidiary may reasonably request shall have been delivered to BANK. F & M and Subsidiary. FMS and BANK shall have delivered certificates in such detail as BANK F & M may reasonably request as to compliance with the conditions set forth in this Article 98.
