Proceedings and Instruments Satisfactory; Certificates. All proceedings, corporate or otherwise, to be taken in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement shall have occurred and all appropriate documents incident thereto as Ready may reasonably request shall have been delivered to Ready.
