Common use of Proceedings and Instruments Satisfactory Clause in Contracts

Proceedings and Instruments Satisfactory. All proceedings, corporate or other, to be taken by the Buying Entities in connection with the transactions provided for in this Agreement and the Related Agreements, and all related documents, shall be reasonably satisfactory in form and substance to Seller; and Buyer shall have made available to Seller for examination the originals or true and correct copies of all documents which it may reasonably request in connection with said transactions.
