Proceedings and Other Documents. All corporate and other proceedings in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement shall have been taken, and the Lender shall have received such other documents and instruments in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to it and its counsel, as to such other matters incident to the transaction contemplated hereby as it may reasonably request.
