Proceedings, Awards and Judgments. Any decision or award of the arbitrators hereunder shall be the decision or award of a simple majority of the arbitrators and shall be final and binding, and shall not be subject to any form of appeal. Judgments upon awards or orders for enforcement may be entered by all courts to which an award is presented, and execution may be had in accordance with the law of execution generally applied in the jurisdiction or jurisdictions where enforcement is sought. The arbitrators shall be directed and authorized to apportion fees and expenses of the parties in connection with the proceeding, and the fees and expenses of the arbitration proceeding, in an equitable fashion taking into account the outcome of the proceeding.
