Common use of Proceedings; Receipt of Documents Clause in Contracts

Proceedings; Receipt of Documents. All proceedings in connection with the making of the initial Loans or the issuance of the initial Letter of Credit Accommodations and the other transactions contemplated by this Agreement and the other Loan Documents, and all documents incidental hereto and thereto, shall be satisfactory to each Agent and its counsel, and each Agent and such counsel shall have received all such information and such counterpart originals or certified or other copies of such documents as each Agent or such counsel may reasonably request.

Proceedings; Receipt of Documents. All proceedings in connection with the making of the initial Loans or the issuance of the initial Letter Letters of Credit Accommodations and the other transactions contemplated by this Agreement and Agreement, the other Loan Documents and the Related Transaction Documents, and all documents incidental hereto and thereto, shall be satisfactory to each the Administrative Agent and its counsel, and each the Administrative Agent and such counsel shall have received all such information and such counterpart originals or certified or other copies of such documents as each the Administrative Agent or such counsel may reasonably request.
