Common use of Proceedings; Receipt of Documents Clause in Contracts

Proceedings; Receipt of Documents. All proceedings in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, and all documents incidental thereto, shall be satisfactory to the Agent and its special counsel, and the Agent and such special counsel shall have received all such information and such counterpart originals or certified or other copies of such documents as the Agent or such special counsel may reasonably request.

Proceedings; Receipt of Documents. All proceedings in connection with the purchase of the Securities and the other transactions contemplated by this AgreementAgreement and the other Funding Documents, and all documents incidental hereto and thereto, shall be satisfactory to the Agent and its special counsel, and the Agent and such special counsel shall have received all such information and such counterpart originals or certified or other copies of such documents as the Agent or such special counsel may reasonably request.
