Common use of Proceedings; Receipt of Documents Clause in Contracts

Proceedings; Receipt of Documents. All proceedings in connection with the making of such Loan or the issuance of such Letter of Credit Accommodation and the other transactions contemplated by this Agreement and the other Loan Documents, and all documents incidental hereto and thereto, shall be satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and the Collateral Agent and their counsel, and the Administrative Agent and the Collateral Agent and such counsel shall have received all such information and such counterpart originals or certified or other copies of such documents, in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and the Collateral Agent, as such Agents or such counsel may reasonably request.

Proceedings; Receipt of Documents. All proceedings in connection with the making of such the initial Loan or the issuance of such initial Letter of Credit Accommodation and the other transactions contemplated by this Agreement and the other Loan Documents, and all documents incidental hereto and thereto, shall be satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and the Agent, Collateral Agent Agent, and their respective counsel, and the Administrative Agent and the Agent, Collateral Agent Agent, and such counsel shall have received all such information and such counterpart originals or certified or other copies of such documentsdocuments as Administrative Agent, in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and the Collateral Agent, as such Agents or such counsel may reasonably request.
