Common use of Proceedings Satisfactory and Other Evidence Clause in Contracts

Proceedings Satisfactory and Other Evidence. All corporate and other proceedings taken or to be taken in connection with the transactions contemplated by the Operative Documents and all documents, papers and authorizations relating thereto shall be satisfactory to the Agent, the Company and their respective counsel. The Agent and the Company, and their respective counsel shall receive copies of such documents and papers as they have requested, in form and substance satisfactory to them, including but not limited to the Operative Documents.
