Proceedings Satisfactory, Etc. All proceedings taken in connection with the Delivery Date and all documents relating thereto shall be reasonably satisfactory to Agent, Certificate Trustee, each Participant and their respective counsel, and each such Person shall have received copies of such documents as they may reasonably request in connection therewith, all in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to each such Person.
Proceedings Satisfactory, Etc. All proceedings taken in connection with such Advance Date and all documents relating thereto (the form of which was not previously approved pursuant to the terms of this Agreement) shall be reasonably satisfactory to Administrative Agent and its counsel, and Information Agent and its counsel shall have received copies of such documents as Information Agent, its counsel and each Participant or its counsel may reasonably request in connection therewith (with sufficient copies for Administrative Agent to distribute to Certificate Trustee, Information Agent and each Participant).
Proceedings Satisfactory, Etc. All proceedings taken in connection with such Delivery Date and all documents relating thereto shall be reasonably satisfactory to each Participant and its counsel, and each Participant and its counsel shall have received copies of such documents as such Participant or its counsel may reasonably request in connection therewith, all in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to such Participant and its counsel.
Proceedings Satisfactory, Etc. All proceedings taken in connection with the Documentation Date, and all documents relating thereto shall be reasonably satisfactory to Lessor, the Investors, HSFC, the Conduit, each Agent and their respective counsel, and each such Person shall have received copies of such documents as they may reasonably request in connection therewith, all in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to each such Person.
Proceedings Satisfactory, Etc. All proceedings taken in ------------------------------ connection with the Tranche I Funding Date and all documents relating thereto shall be reasonably satisfactory to each Tranche I Lessor and their respective counsel, and each such Person shall have received copies of such documents as they may reasonably request in connection therewith, all in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to each such Person.
Proceedings Satisfactory, Etc. All proceedings taken in connection with such Advance Date and all documents relating thereto shall be reasonably satisfactory to Agent and counsel to the Participants, and Agent and counsel to the Participants shall have received copies of such documents as Agent or such counsel may reasonably request in connection therewith (with sufficient copies for Agent to distribute to Lessor and all Participants), all in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Agent and such counsel.
Proceedings Satisfactory, Etc. All proceedings taken in connection with the Initial Advance Date, and all documents relating thereto shall be reasonably satisfactory to the Lessor, the Investors, the Lenders and each Agent and their respective counsel, and each such Person shall have received copies of such documents as they may reasonably request in connection therewith, all in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to each such Person.
Proceedings Satisfactory, Etc. All proceedings taken in connection with the Advances and all documents relating thereto shall be reasonably satisfactory to each Noteholder and Investor, and each such Person shall have received copies of such documents as such Person may reasonably request in connection therewith, all in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to such Noteholder or Investor.
Proceedings Satisfactory, Etc. All proceedings taken in connection with the Closing Date and all documents relating thereto shall be reasonably satisfactory to Collateral Agent, each Lender and their respective counsel, and each such Person shall have received copies of such documents as they may reasonably request in connection therewith, all in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to each such Person.
Proceedings Satisfactory, Etc. All proceedings taken in connection with such Advance Date and all documents relating thereto shall be reasonably satisfactory to Agent and its counsel.
