Proceeds from an Invention. 5.1 All Net Revenues from an Invention will be divided between the Parties in proportion to each Party’s Share. Each Party’s Share will be distributed in accordance with the Party’s intellectual property policies. 5.2 If equity in a company is received by the Owner in lieu of revenue in whole or in part, the equity shall be divided between the Parties in proportion to each Party’s Share.
