Proceeds from Operations. All proceeds attributable to the operation, ownership, use or maintenance of or otherwise relating to the Property prior to the Effective Time shall be the property of Seller and to the extent received by Buyer or its Affiliates, Buyer shall promptly and fully disclose, account for and transmit same to Seller. All proceeds attributable to the operation, ownership, use, or maintenance of or otherwise relating to the Property on and after the Effective Time shall be the property of Buyer and to the extent received by Seller or its Affiliates, Seller shall promptly and fully disclose, account for and transmit same to Buyer.
