Proceeds Held by Servicer. If, pursuant to Section 4.03 of this Agreement, the Servicer qualifies to make monthly deposits into the Collection Account on each Transfer Date, then for the purposes of subsections 2.04(d)(i) and (ii) above, proceeds of a Receivable shall not be deemed to be impaired hereunder solely because such proceeds are held by the Servicer (if the Servicer is WFB or the Transferor) for more than the applicable period under Section 9-315(c) of the UCC as in effect in the applicable jurisdiction.
