Common use of Proceeds of Distressed Disposals and Debt Disposals Clause in Contracts

Proceeds of Distressed Disposals and Debt Disposals. The net proceeds of each Distressed Disposal and each Debt Disposal shall be paid, or distributed, to the Collateral Agent for application in accordance with Clause 12 (Application of Proceeds) and, to the extent that: (a) any Liabilities Sale has occurred; or (b) any Appropriation has occurred, as if that Liabilities Sale, or any reduction in the Secured Obligations resulting from that Appropriation, had not occurred.

Proceeds of Distressed Disposals and Debt Disposals. The net proceeds of each Distressed Disposal and each Debt Disposal shall be paid, or distributed, to the Collateral Security Agent for application in accordance with Clause 12 14 (Application of Proceeds) and, to the extent that: (a) any Liabilities Sale has occurred; or (b) any Appropriation has occurred, as if that Liabilities Sale, or any reduction in the Secured Obligations Liabilities resulting from that Appropriation, had not occurred.

The net proceeds of each Distressed Disposal and each Debt Disposal shall be paid, or distributed, to the Collateral Common Security Agent for application in accordance with Clause 12 15 (Application of Proceeds) as if those proceeds were the proceeds of an enforcement of Transaction Security and, to the extent that: (a) any Liabilities Sale has occurred; or (b) any Appropriation has occurred, as if that Liabilities Sale, or any reduction in the Secured Obligations resulting from that Appropriation, had not occurred.
