Common use of Proceeds of Receivables Clause in Contracts

Proceeds of Receivables. In the event that the Seller receives any amounts in respect of Contracts and related Receivables (including, without limitation, any in-store payments), use its best efforts to deposit or otherwise credit, or cause to be deposited or otherwise credited, in accordance with the procedures set forth in Section 2.02 of the Servicing Agreement.

Proceeds of Receivables.
