Proceeds to be Turned Over To Collateral Agent. Unless otherwise expressly provided in the Credit Agreement, all Proceeds received by the Collateral Agent hereunder in cash or Cash Equivalents shall be held by the Collateral Agent in a Cash Collateral Account. All Proceeds constituting Reinvestment Prepayment Amounts (as defined in the Credit Agreement) or the cash collateralization of Letters of Credit (as defined in the Credit Agreement) while held by the Collateral Agent in a Cash Collateral Account (or by the Debtor in trust for the Collateral Agent) shall continue to be held as collateral security for the Secured Obligations and shall not constitute payment thereof until applied as provided in the Credit Agreement.
