Process Access Control. The contractor shall submit the employee training information to the City contact overseeing the work to be done for review along with the City Safety Coordinator before or upon arrival for work at the site. The City contact along with the City Safety Coordinator shall review the information and ensure that only trained employees can work on or near the PSM process.
