Common use of Process Agent Acceptance Clause in Contracts

Process Agent Acceptance. Each Loan Party shall have appointed the Process Agent as its agent for service of process in New York in respect of any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement and the other Loan Documents to which it is a party, and shall have furnished evidence of such appointment and a Process Agent Acceptance, duly executed and delivered by the Process Agent.

Process Agent Acceptance. Each Loan Party shall have appointed extended its appointment of the Process Agent as its agent for service of process in New York in respect of any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement and the other Loan Documents to which it is a partyparty until a date not earlier than the first anniversary of the Maturity Date, and shall have furnished evidence of such appointment extension and a an amended Process Agent AcceptanceAcceptance providing for such extension, duly executed and delivered by the Process Agent.

Process Agent Acceptance. Each Loan Party shall have appointed the Process Agent as its their agent for service of process in New York in respect of any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement and the other Loan Documents to which it is for a partyperiod ending not earlier than six (6) months following the Maturity Date, and shall have furnished evidence of such appointment and a of acceptance of the Process Agent Acceptance, duly executed and delivered by the Process Agentof such appointment.
