Common use of Process Agent Acceptance Clause in Contracts

Process Agent Acceptance. (i) A Process Agent Acceptance, duly executed and delivered by the Process Agent, in substantially the form of Exhibit J hereto and (ii) a Mexican law notarized power of attorney of the Borrower and each Guarantor other than Vitro Packaging appointing such Process Agent.

Process Agent Acceptance. (i) A Process Agent Acceptance, An instrument duly executed and delivered by the Process Agent, in substantially Agent dated on or prior to the form of Exhibit J hereto date hereof pursuant to which it accepts its appointment as Process Agent hereunder and under the Guaranty Agreement and (ii) a Mexican law notarized power of attorney of the Borrower and each Guarantor other than Vitro Packaging appointing such Process Agent, granted pursuant to Mexican law.
