Common use of Process Agent Acceptance Clause in Contracts

Process Agent Acceptance. A letter from the Process Agent accepting its appointment as process agent for the Borrower and the Guarantors.

Process Agent Acceptance. A letter from the Process Agent indicating its irrevocable consent to its appointment as process agent for the Borrower and accepting its appointment as process agent for the Borrower and in connection with the Guarantorstransactions contemplated by the Loan Documents to which it is a party.

Process Agent Acceptance. A letter from the Process Agent indicating its consent to its appointment as process agent for each Obligor and the Importer accepting its appointment as process agent for the Borrower each Obligor and the GuarantorsImporter in connection with the transactions contemplated by the Loan Documents (other than the Credit Insurance Policy) to which it is a party.

Process Agent Acceptance. A letter from of acceptance, duly executed and delivered by the Process Agent, in a form reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent. The Administrative Agent accepting its appointment as process agent for shall notify the Borrower and the GuarantorsLenders of the Effective Date, and such notice shall be conclusive and binding.
