Common use of Process Agent Acceptance Clause in Contracts

Process Agent Acceptance. A letter from the Process Agent, in form and substance satisfactory to the Agent, accepting the appointment of the Process Agent by Xxxxxxx and Guest Choice as provided in Section 7.08 of the New Subsidiary Guarantee and Security Agreement.

Process Agent Acceptance. A letter from the Process Agent to the Agent, in form and substance CREDIT AGREEMENT satisfactory to the Agent, accepting the appointment of the Process Agent by Xxxxxxx and Guest Choice the Obligors operating in the Commonwealth (other than Xxxxxxx) as provided in Section 7.08 of the New Subsidiary Guarantee and Security Agreement11.10(c) hereof.
