Common use of Process and Design Information Clause in Contracts

Process and Design Information. Micron agrees to provide to the Joint Venture Company: (i) such process technology or information as is required to be disclosed under the Joint Development Program Agreement and the Technology License Agreement; and (ii) design information reasonably required to manufacture NAND Flash Memory Wafers.
