Process for Amending FS or FPS. Any and all proposed amendments to the FS or FPS duly passed by the University Senate and Faculty or Faculty alone will be submitted to the President who will reply in writing or submit same to the Board of Trustees, which in turn will reply in writing (and where the reply is negative, will state its reasons therefor) within five weeks after the next meeting of the Board of Trustees, but in no event more than ninety (90) days after submission to the President.
