Process modification. The Supplier has to inform NH/IS whenever a critical parameter has changed (cf. list in Appendix A.2). In such a case, a qualification must be run.
Process modification. It is understood by both parties that significant manufacturing cost reductions may be possible by negotiating with regulatory authorities to achieve cost effective product specifications. The parties shall discuss and agree on a mechanism by which the benefits of process modifications to which COR contributed are equitably allocated to the parties according to their relative contribution to a cost reduction.
