Processed Tissue Changes Sample Clauses
Processed Tissue Changes. LifeCell reserves the right at any time to make changes in the Processed Tissue provided, however, that LifeCell shall use commercially reasonable efforts to provide [***] prior written notice to Distributor of any such changes. Distributor agrees that LifeCell shall have no liability to Distributor by reason of any Processed Tissue change.

Distributor agrees that LifeCell shall have no liability to Distributor by reason of any Processed Tissue change.
