Processing Facility. Any facility selected by Contractor which is designed, operated and legally permitted for the purpose of receiving and Processing Green Waste and/or Recyclable Materials and which is County approved.
Processing Facility. Processing Facility. The term "processing facility" means a facility where the processing of CEPs for a plan is conducted by a direct processor.

Recyclable Materials 130 include those materials defined by the CITY, including newsprint (including inserts); mixed 131 paper (including magazines, catalogs, envelopes, junk mail, corrugated cardboard, xxxxx bags 132 and paper, paperboard, paper egg cartons, office ledger paper, and telephone books); glass 133 containers; aluminum beverage containers; scrap and cast aluminum (not exceeding forty (40) 134 pounds in weight nor two (2) feet in any dimension for any single item); steel including “tin” 135 cans, aerosol cans (empty, non-toxic products) and small scrap (not exceeding forty (40) 136 pounds in weight nor two (2) feet in any dimension for any single item); bimetal containers; 137 plastic bottles (#1-7); aluminum foil and pans; expanded polystyrene (EPS); and those materials 138 added by the CONTRACTOR from time to time.
Processing Facility. 6.1 All recyclables from the Owner’s recyclables collection sites shall be delivered to the Owner’s designated, and Owner-paid, if applicable, processing facility; currently First Star Fiber located at 0000 Xxxxx 00xx Xxxxxx, just south of the Owner’s North 48th Street Solid Waste Management facility.
6.2 Access to the material processing facility is provided to the Vendor during and after normal business hours.
6.3 The key/electronic code to the processing facility shall be issued only to the Vendor employees who are assigned to transport recyclables from the Owner’s recyclables collection sites.
6.4 The Vendor shall notify the Owner’s designated representative in writing of any concerns noted at the processing facility.
6.5 The Vendor shall notify 911 immediately if fire, burglary, or vandalism is in progress at the processing facility during the delivery of recyclables from the Owner’s recyclables collection sites.
6.6 The Vendor shall immediately notify the Owner’s designated representative if a call is placed by a Vendor employee to summon police or fire to the material processing facility.
6.7 The Vendor shall follow all rules and procedures required by the processing facility when delivering recyclables from the Owner’s recyclables collection sites.
6.8 The processing facility shall have the right to reject loads of recyclable material that, in their opinion, have an excessive amount of contamination.
6.9 Loads of recyclable materials rejected by the processing facility for contamination shall be taken to the Bluff Road Landfill for disposal.
6.10 Vendor shall notify the Owner’s designated representative immediately of the rejection at the processing facility.
6.11 The Vendor shall not be assessed user fees at the Bluff Road Landfill for recyclable materials rejected by the processing facility for contamination.
6.12 Waste containers do not currently exist at the recyclable collection sites to discourage accumulation of non-recyclable materials. The vendor does not have approval to place any other containers at the recyclable collection sites other than those supplied by the Owner for the collection of recyclables.
6.13 Vendor shall be responsible for repairing any damage to Owner owned containers caused by the Vendor; repairs shall be made within 5 days, unless the damage is likely to cause injury in which case the container shall be removed immediately by the Vendor.

Processing Facility. Investor shall have the right to construct a modern processing facility for adding value to natural rubber following the rehabilitation period - for sale within or outside Liberia, provided that construction and operation of such facility shall be subject to this Agreement and Law.
