Processing Fees and Charges. Developer shall pay those processing, inspection, and plan check fees and charges required by Town under then current regulations for processing applications and requests for permits, approvals and other actions, and monitoring compliance with any permits issued or approvals granted or the performance of any conditions with respect thereto or any performance required of Developer hereunder. The Town will consider expedited processing at the sole expense of the Developer.
