PROCESSING OBLIGATIONS. 2.1 The Processor shall only carry out those actions in respect of the personal data Processed on behalf of the Controller as are stipulated in the Agreement, this DPA or otherwise with prior written consent from the Controller.

PROCESSING OBLIGATIONS. 2.1 The Processor shall only carry out those actions in respect of the personal data Processed processed on behalf of the Controller as are stipulated in the Agreement, this DPA or otherwise with prior written consent on documented instructions from the Controller, unless required to do so by union or member state law to which the Processor is subject. In such a case the Processor shall inform the Controller of that legal requirement before processing, unless that law prohibits such information on important grounds of public interest.
