Processing Purposes; Customer Instructions. EIS will use Personal Data only for the purposes of: (a) setting up, operating, monitoring and providing the System for use by Customer and Users; (b) providing the Hosting Services or Additional Services; (c) communicating with Users and Customer Service Providers; and (d) executing other agreed- upon written instructions of Customer.
