Processing Requests Filed under the Access to Information Act and the‌ The Access to Information and Privacy (ATIP) Office of the PPSC is responsible for processing all requests received by the PPSC under the Access to Information Act (ATIA) and the Privacy Act (PA). Subsection 4(1) of the ATIA gives individuals a right of access to records under the control of a government institution. Subsection 12(1) of the PA provides individuals a right of access to his or her “personal information” held by a federal government institution. Agent Firms’ records relating to PPSC matters are deemed to be under the “control” of the PPSC for the purposes of ATIA and PA. Agent Firms must submit all requested records to the PPSC ATIP Office in accordance with the instructions provided by the Agent Supervisor. There is a strict 30-day statutory deadline under the ATIA and PA; therefore, Agent Firms must act promptly in response to the Agent Supervisor’s request. Agent Firms are not to provide any records to any other federal, provincial, or municipal government institutions regarding ATIA and PA requests.   • Content of Borrowing Requests Each telephonic and written Borrowing Request shall specify the following information in compliance with Section 2.02: (i) whether such Borrowing is to be made under the Dollar Commitments or the Multicurrency Commitments; (ii) the aggregate amount and Currency of the requested Borrowing; (iii) the date of such Borrowing, which shall be a Business Day; (iv) in the case of a Syndicated Borrowing denominated in Dollars, whether such Borrowing is to be an ABR Borrowing or a Eurocurrency Borrowing; (v) in the case of a Eurocurrency Borrowing, the Interest Period therefor, which shall be a period contemplated by the definition of the term “Interest Period” and permitted under Section 2.02(d); and (vi) the location and number of the Borrower’s account to which funds are to be disbursed.

  • Borrowing Requests (i) The Borrower may request a Borrowing hereunder by submitting to the Administrative Agent (with a copy to each of the Paying Agent, the Servicer, the Backup Servicer and the Custodian) a written notice, substantially in the form of Exhibit B (each, a “Borrowing Request”) not later than 10:00 a.m. (New York City time) on the second (2nd) Business Day prior to the date of the proposed Borrowing (each, a “Borrowing Date”); provided, that there shall not be more than one (1) Borrowing Date during any calendar week (except as set forth in Section 2.02(e) following delivery of a Funding Delay Notice). Promptly after its receipt thereof, the Administrative Agent shall submit a copy of each Borrowing Request to each Managing Agent who shall promptly forward a copy thereof to the Lenders in its Lender Group. (ii) Each Borrowing Request shall: (A) specify (1) the amount of the requested Borrowing which amount shall be allocated among the Lender Groups based on the respective Conduit Lending Limits of the Conduit Lenders (or Commitments, if there are no Conduit Lenders in a Lender Group) in each Lender Group, (2) the Aggregate Loan Principal Balance after giving effect to such Borrowing, (3) the desired Borrowing Date, and (4) the account of the Borrower to which the proceeds of such Borrowing are to be remitted, (B) certify that, after giving effect to the proposed Borrowing, no Borrowing Base Deficiency would exist and (C) if any Eligible Timeshare Loans are being added to the Collateral in connection with such Borrowing, be accompanied by a duly completed Schedule I to such Borrowing Request which sets forth the required information regarding such Eligible Timeshare Loans.

  • Directing Requests Requests in writing for negotiation meetings from the Association will be made directly to the Superintendent or his/her designee.   • Information Requests The parties hereto shall provide any information reasonably requested by the Servicer, the Issuer, the Seller or any of their Affiliates, in order to comply with or obtain more favorable treatment under any current or future law, rule, regulation, accounting rule or principle.

  • INVOICING REQUIREMENTS A. Upon acceptance of work by the Service Coordinator, the Contractor shall submit the invoice (and supporting documents where applicable) to the appropriate County department per the issued Delivery Order within thirty (30) calendar days of the acceptance. At minimum, all invoice shall contain the following information: • Correct Delivery Order number • Description of work performed to include the manufacturer name, original make and model number(s) of parts and equipment installed. • Start and ending date of the work • Location of the work • Total labor categorized per the Bid Response Form and rounded to the nearest (30) minutes • Itemized list of materials used according to the original manufacturer’s part name and part number. ▪ Unit price and quantity shall be provided on the invoice for each part • Applicable sales tax for materials purchased should be listed separately • Markdown/mark-ups for material shall be listed as a line item on the invoice. • Approved shipping charges shall be listed separately • Permit and special equipment rental cost for reimbursement (if applicable) • Invoice total B. Proof of purchase for all reimbursable expense must be submitted with the invoice showing the actual cost for all reimbursable expenses by the County, including but not limited to, parts, shipping, sales tax, permits, specialty equipment rentals, etc. The Contractor shall provide a separate service ticket for each work day as verification of actual labor spent on the project daily. C. The Contractor shall not combine charges for multiple Delivery Orders on the same invoice. Each Delivery Order must be invoiced separately. D. The County will review invoices for the required information. The County will have the authority to reject invoices based on improper invoice format and lack of supporting documents. E. The Contractor shall not invoice the County for any work not accepted by the County. Should the County received such invoices, they will be rejected. F. Unless otherwise authorized by the corresponding department in writing, delivery of invoices and back-up documentation via e-mail and/or fax is not allowed under this contract. All invoices shall be mailed or hand delivered to the appropriate Department as referenced as the “Invoice To:” location and on the Delivery Order. G. The Contractor shall submit monthly statements of unpaid invoices to each department ordering services under this contract. The Contractor shall not combine statements for different Departments utilizing this contract. • Statement date • Invoice numbers • Invoice dates • Invoice total or unpaid balance if different from invoice total • Delivery order number corresponding to each invoice listed • Balance carry forward • Cumulative outstanding balance Statements shall be sent to the corresponding Department’s, fiscal department, and the Contract Administrator by the 15th day of each month for service performed in the prior month and upon request by the County.

  • Compliance with Information Requests Notwithstanding any other provision of the Deposit Agreement, the Articles of Association and applicable law, each Holder and Beneficial Owner agrees to (a) provide such information as the Company or the Depositary may request pursuant to law (including, without limitation, relevant Cayman Islands law, any applicable law of the United States, the Memorandum and Articles of Association, any resolutions of the Company’s Board of Directors adopted pursuant to the Memorandum and Articles of Association, the requirements of any markets or exchanges upon which the Shares, ADSs or Receipts are listed or traded, or to any requirements of any electronic book-entry system by which the ADSs or Receipts may be transferred), (b) be bound by and subject to applicable provisions of the laws of the Cayman Islands, the Memorandum and Articles of Association and the requirements of any markets or exchanges upon which the ADSs, Receipts or Shares are listed or traded, or pursuant to any requirements of any electronic book-entry system by which the ADSs, Receipts or Shares may be transferred, to the same extent as if such Holder and Beneficial Owner held Shares directly, in each case irrespective of whether or not they are Holders or Beneficial Owners at the time such request is made and, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, (c) comply with all applicable provisions of Cayman Islands law, the rules and requirements of any stock exchange on which the Shares are, or will be registered, traded or listed and the Articles of Association regarding any such Holder or Beneficial Owner’s interest in Shares (including the aggregate of ADSs and Shares held by each such Holder or Beneficial Owner) and/or the disclosure of interests therein, whether or not the same may be enforceable against such Holder or Beneficial Owner. The Depositary agrees to use its reasonable efforts to forward upon the request of the Company, and at the Company’s expense, any such request from the Company to the Holders and to forward to the Company any such responses to such requests received by the Depositary.

  • Electronic Check Conversion/Electronic Returned Check Fees If you pay for purchases or bills with a check or draft, you may authorize your check or draft to be converted to an electronic fund transfer. You may also authorize merchants or other payees to electronically debit your account for returned check fees. You are considered to have authorized these electronic fund transfers if you complete the transaction after being told (orally or by a notice posted or sent to you) that the transfer may be processed electronically or if you sign a written authorization.

  • Funding Request The Borrower hereby requests the Funding pursuant to Section 2.1 and Section 2.3 of the Loan Agreement.

  • Borrowing Request The Administrative Agent shall have received a Borrowing Request in accordance with Section 2.03.
