Processor Notifications Clause Samples
The Processor Notifications clause requires the data processor to promptly inform the data controller about specific events or incidents related to data processing activities. Typically, this includes notifying the controller of data breaches, unauthorized access, or any issues that may affect the security or integrity of personal data. By mandating timely communication, this clause ensures that the controller can take appropriate action to mitigate risks, comply with legal obligations, and maintain transparency with affected individuals.
