Common use of Procure Consents Clause in Contracts

Procure Consents. Until the Closing, take all reasonable steps required to obtain, prior to Closing, any and all third party consents required to permit the Merger and to preserve and maintain the MailTec Assets notwithstanding the change in control of ProVision arising from the Merger; and

Procure Consents. Until the Closing, take all reasonable steps required to obtain, prior to Closing, any and all third party consents required to permit the Merger and to preserve and maintain the MailTec Assets ProVision Assets, including the ProVision Material Contracts, notwithstanding the change in control of ProVision arising from the Merger; and;

Procure Consents. Until the Closing, take all reasonable steps required to obtain, prior to Closing, any and all third party consents required to permit the Merger and to preserve and maintain the MailTec Assets Xxxxxxxxx Assets, including the Xxxxxxxxx Material Contracts, notwithstanding the change in control of ProVision Xxxxxxxxx arising from the Merger; and.

Procure Consents. Until the Closing, take all reasonable steps required to obtain, prior to Closing, any and all third party consents required to permit the Merger and to preserve and maintain the MailTec Assets Renewal Assets, including the Renewal Material Contracts, notwithstanding the change in control of ProVision Renewal arising from the Merger; and

Procure Consents. Until the Closing, take all reasonable steps required to obtain, prior to Closing, any and all third party consents required to permit the Merger and to preserve and maintain the MailTec Assets eXp Realty Assets, including the eXp Realty Material Contracts, notwithstanding the change in control of ProVision eXp Realty arising from the Merger; and;

Procure Consents. Until the Closing, take all reasonable steps required to obtain, prior to Closing, any and all third party consents required to permit the Merger and to preserve and maintain the MailTec Assets Xxxxxx Assets, including the Xxxxxx Material Contracts, notwithstanding the change in control of ProVision Xxxxxx arising from the Merger; and

Procure Consents. Until the Closing, take all reasonable steps required to obtain, prior to Closing, any and all third party consents required to permit the Merger and to preserve and maintain the MailTec Torch Assets notwithstanding the change in control of ProVision Tech Full arising from the Merger; and,

Procure Consents. Until the Closing, take all reasonable steps required to obtain, prior to Closing, any and all third party consents required to permit the Merger and to preserve and maintain the MailTec DSET Assets notwithstanding the change in control of ProVision eXp Realty arising from the Merger; and;
