Procurement Control. The Supplier shall have procurement controls that ensure purchased equipment, materials, and/or services meet the Purchaser’s specifications. These controls shall include the procedures for evaluation of the capabilities and reliability of subsuppliers’ and subcontractors’ items the Purchaser considers could have a significant quality impact on the end product.
