Common use of Procurement of Letters of Credit Clause in Contracts

Procurement of Letters of Credit. Subject to all of the terms and conditions hereof, Fleet agrees to establish the LC Facility pursuant to which, during the period from the date hereof to (but excluding) the 30th day prior to the last day of the Term, Fleet shall procure from Bank one or more Letters of Credit on Borrowers' request therefor from time to time, subject to the following terms and conditions:
