Procurement Officer and Contract Manager. The day-to-day work to be accomplished under this Contract shall be performed under the direction of the Contract Manager and, as appropriate, the Procurement Officer. All matters relating to the interpretation of this Contract shall be referred to the Procurement Officer for determination.
