Common use of Procurement on a Store Clause in Contracts

Procurement on a Store. Company may purchase a right to access and use (in accordance with Section 2.1(b)) certain Products sold on and hosted by an Online Store Provider. In each such instance, Product is sold by such Online Store Provider at prices determined by Trend Micro on payment terms determined by the Online Store Provider, but such Products will be subject to and governed by this Agreement with such other requirements as such Online Store Provider may impose in connection with Company’s use of its Store and its services.
