Producer Responsibilities a. Producer understands that SIM is relying upon the accuracy of information provided by the insured through Producer and submitted to SIM. It is the responsibility of Producer to disclose to SIM the existence of any conditions that it is or reasonably should be aware that may affect the insurability of the insured.
b. It is the responsibility of Producer to inform SIM as to the type and amount of insurance coverage to be considered for quotation. SIM assumes no responsibility toward Producer or the insured with regard to the adequacy, amount or form of coverage obtained through any insurance carrier.
c. Producer must hold all monies received pursuant to this Agreement in a fiduciary capacity.
Producer Responsibilities. (a) Producer will use only first-class facilities and equipment for photography, filming, recording, film processing, scoring, dubbing and all other aspects related to the development, pre-production, production and post-production of the Series.
(b) Producer will be solely responsible for, and will pay any and all costs incurred, in the production and delivery of the Series, including without limitation all costs and expenses relating to (i) all material and equipment utilized by Producer in connection with the Series and (ii) all compensation, fees, and any other sums payable to all Participants in connection with the Series. Producer will pay all such costs, expenses and compensation as and when due.
(c) Producer will obtain and maintain all Clearances for the production and Exploitation of the Series in the Media worldwide in perpetuity, including, without limitation, executed Clearances from all Participants, including all music and elements contained therein, in all Media worldwide in perpetuity. If necessary in connection with producing the Series, Producer is or will timely become a signatory to any guild or union agreements which are necessary or desirable for the first class production of the Series. Producer will deliver to Company the foregoing Clearances as may be requested by Company.
(d) If necessary in connection with producing the Series, Producer will be solely responsible for and will pay all residual, supplemental market, reuse fees, royalties or similar payments required to be paid under any agreement, including without limitation under any applicable collective bargaining agreement as a result of the Exploitation of the Series hereunder in any Media.
(e) Producer shall use its best efforts to contractually obligate the principal Participants (including the principal cast, the producers and directors) to attend a reasonable number of promotional and publicity activities (including, without limitation, interviews and premieres and other screenings) in connection with Company's marketing, advertising, publicity and promotion of the Series.
(f) Producer will appear in and defend all actions and proceedings affecting title to the Series and the rights effected herein and will obtain and furnish to Company, upon demand, such Clearances and other releases and subordinations of claim or liens which may be required to maintain the priority of Company's rights hereunder.
Producer Responsibilities. As a new producer you will be expected to attend a basic production workshop at the ETV facility, or to demonstrate a workable knowledge of the basic operations needed for creating digital content / television / podcasts / streamed events. Producers may use their own devices, or may request the use of supplemental equipment at the ETV facilities. Please coordinate all such requests with the Studio Manager/Staff. As the producer you have the responsibility of assembling a crew (if needed), scheduling use of the ETV facility, scheduling guests, completing relevant research, writing scripted elements, providing talent, securing release forms, and so on. The producer MUST inform all on-camera talent that he/she is an independent producer and not an employee of ETV. As producer you should secure the necessary release form(s) from all guests and all such persons must adhere to the rules, guidelines, and code of conduct, as set forth by ETV. You are also responsible for ensuring that all stated policies and guidelines are adhered to, both by any persons involved with your production, and with regard to the content itself.
Producer Responsibilities. By not later than 5:00 p.m., thirty (30) days prior to the EVENT the following information shall be provided:
16.3.1.1 The wristband color, graphic and script, which will be provided to the various types of admissions, and number ordered per type. For example, the types of admissions requiring a distinct wristband include, may include, but are not limited to:
16.3.1.2 A distinct wristband design and number ordered for those admissions that are 21 years of age or older for the sole purpose of identifying those individuals who are eligible to purchase alcohol within the PREMISES.
16.3.1.3 Purchase manifest(s) detailing the PRODUCER’S wristband order and description of the admission accounting system procedure to ensure that wristbands are distributed and accounted for strictly by type, to ensure that wristbands are not intermixed among admission types.
Producer Responsibilities. 13.1.1 PRODUCER shall provide a list of vendors to the Town Manager by not later fifteen
Producer Responsibilities. PRODUCER will submit an Application for Outdoor Use of Amplified Sound System (Application), pursuant to Avon Municipal Code 5.24, by not later than 5:00 p.m. sixty (60) days prior to the first day of the EVENT. The Application will include, if applicable:
Producer Responsibilities. 15.1.1 PRODUCER shall implement the Marketing Plan, which was provided in the 2019 PRODUCER APPLICATION, and is attached to this Agreement as Attachment B.
15.1.2 In addition, the PRODUCER shall advertise through all media outlets, and with signage to be placed at PREMISES entrance/exit, Avon Transportation Center, pedestrians paths of ingress/egress, and parking lots the following: 1) no open containers are allowed within Avon; 2) there is no vending without a Town license;
Producer Responsibilities. Producer expressly agrees to perform the following:
1. Solicit, submit and ensure the accuracy of applications (and all other documents required to be obtained from applicant) for Products.
2. Transmit quotes exactly as issued by BCBSNE.
3. Direct all applicants to pay initial premiums, collect all initial premiums, and deliver such to BCBSNE.
4. Assist in the installation of Products and provide ongoing assistance to Client.
5. Provide timely reports to BCBSNE as required by BCBSNE.
6. Pay all necessary expenses incurred by Producer, including taxes based on compensation paid to Producer, and hold BCBSNE harmless from any claims arising from payment of such expenses.
7. Pay fees charged by BCBSNE for the submission of paper applications.
a. Individual Product applications submitted via paper will incur a $25 fee payable by the Producer to BCBSNE. This application fee shall not be charged to the Client by the Producer. The application fee will be charged against owed commissions. The application fee is charged at the point of submission, regardless of whether the application is issued, declined or withdrawn.
b. The paper application fee is subject to change by BCBSNE upon thirty (30) days written notice to Producer.
8. Promptly notify BCBSNE of any material complaint from Client.
9. Grant access to its books, contracts, computers, or other electronic systems (including medical records and documentation), relating to Producer’s compliance with applicable provisions under 45 C.F.R. Parts 155 and 156 in connection with the duties and obligations set forth in this Agreement, to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (“HHS”) and its Office of Inspector General (or their designees), and/or to BCBSNE for any other Producer responsibilities under this Agreement for the duration of the period in which this Agreement is effective, and for a minimum of ten (10) years from the date this Agreement terminates.
10. Utilize only sales materials previously approved by BCBSNE.
11. Producer must successfully complete all training required by BCBSNE within six (6) months of receiving notification of such training. BCBSNE shall furnish Producer with all necessary training materials.
12. Producer shall obtain and maintain Errors and Omissions coverage during the term of this Agreement in an amount sufficient to BCBSNE. The Errors and Omissions policy shall provide coverage for the duties and responsibilities set forth in this Agreement. A Certificate of Insurance shal...
Producer Responsibilities. Producer shall be responsible for the following:
a) Disposal of waste as required by all applicable governmental regulations and good management practices. This may include all assistance as required by Agents of Producer, for the purposes of conducting research studies regarding the facilities and waste management system.
b) Providing Alliance unrestricted access to the Facilities to conduct activities associated with this Agreement.
c) Providing power washer for cleaning of Facilities.
d) Power washing and disinfecting the inside of the Facilities and feeders prior to admittance of the first Lot.
e) At the request of Alliance, Producer agrees to assist in maintaining access to facilities on the real property owned by Producer which does not include county or state roads.
f) Producer shall not be responsible for maintenance of the Facilities except that Producer will maintain the structural and mechanical systems, provided that Alliance shall be responsible for repairing any structural or mechanical failures due to their acts and neglect.
Producer Responsibilities. PRODUCER shall assure the EVENT will be operated in a safe and secure manner and provide for all security needs for the EVENT.
