Security Services. CONTRACTOR shall provide security services designed for preventing escapes, maintaining order, providing care, custody, control, supervision and management of the inmate population. A successful security program depends heavily on staff training, effective administration, and the establishment of inmate programs. The organization, staffing, and administration of the security program are vital to the Facility. The direction provided by a well-organized and clearly articulated operations manual, and emergency planning provides a solid base for successful administration. The final operations manual shall be submitted to the Bureau prior to the Service Commencement Date and shall be reviewed annually and updated as needed. Documentation of the review shall be provided annually to the On- Site Contract Monitor. Changes to the plan require written permission by the Contract Manager. The Department reserves the right to require changes to plans submitted to the Bureau.
Security Services. In performing the Services, the Agent shall properly comply at all times with, and perform all of, the Security Procedures.
Security Services. Tenant acknowledges that Landlord currently provides uniformed guard service to the Building from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., Sunday through Saturday (including Holidays) solely for the purposes of providing surveillance of, and information and directional assistance to persons entering the Building. The Building is accessible only with an access key card after Normal Business Hours. Tenant acknowledges that such guard service shall not provide any measure of security or safety to the Building or the Premises, and that Tenant shall take such actions as it may deem necessary and reasonable to ensure the safety and security of Tenant’s property or person or the property or persons of Tenant’s agents, clients, contractors, directors, employees, invitees, licensees, officers, partners or shareholders. Xxxxxx agrees and acknowledges that, except in the case of the negligence or willful misconduct of Landlord or its directors, employees, officers, partners or shareholders, Landlord shall not be liable to Tenant in any manner whatsoever arising out of the failure of Landlord’s guard service to secure any person or property from harm. Xxxxxx agrees and acknowledges that Landlord, in Landlord’s sole discretion, shall have the option, but not the obligation to add, decrease, revise the hours of and/or change the level of services being provided by any guard company serving the Building. Tenant further agrees that Tenant shall not engage or hire any outside guard or security company without Xxxxxxxx’s prior written consent, which shall be in Landlord’s sole discretion. In any event, Landlord shall provide security at a level commensurate with that provided at the Comparable Buildings and any security service engaged by Landlord shall perform background checks on any security personnel that will have access to Tenant’s Premises. Tenant, at its sole cost and expense, shall have the right to install a Building standard Premises keycard security access system, subject to Landlord’s prior review and reasonable approval of all specifications for the same, and which security system: (i) shall be located within the Premises, (ii) is compatible with Landlord’s security system, (iii) is independent of and which does not adversely affect, Landlord’s security system, and shall provide for Landlord to have at Tenant’s sole expense, a “key-override” on the Building’s master key system access and any other reasonable access required to the Premises (e.g. during emergencies and for jan...
Security Services. Tenant acknowledges that such guard service shall not provide any measure of security or safety to the Building or the Premises, and that Tenant shall take such actions as it may deem necessary and reasonable to ensure the safety and security of Tenant's property or person or the property or persons of Tenant's agents, clients, contractors, directors, employees, invitees, licensees, officers, partners or shareholders. Tenant agrees and acknowledges that except in the case of the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Landlord or its directors, employees, officers, partners or shareholders, Landlord shall not be liable to Tenant in any manner whatsoever arising out of the failure of Landlord's guard service to secure any person or property from harm. Security Services. Landlord shall have the right from time to time to adopt such policies, procedures and programs as it shall, in Landlord’s reasonable discretion, deem necessary or appropriate for the security of the Project taking into consideration policies, procedures and programs adopted for Comparable Buildings and the character of the surrounding community. Tenant shall reasonably cooperate with Landlord in the enforcement of, and shall comply with, the policies, procedures and programs reasonably adopted by Landlord insofar as the same pertain to Tenant or any Tenant Parties. Tenant acknowledges that the safety and security devices, services and programs provided by Landlord from time to time, if any, may not prevent theft or other criminal acts, or insure the safety of persons or property, and Tenant expressly assumes the risk that any safety device, service or program may not be effective or may malfunction or be circumvented. Except to the extent damages are caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Landlord, Landlord shall not be liable in any manner to Tenant or any other Tenant Parties for any acts (including criminal acts) of others, or for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages, or any injury or damage to, or interference with, Tenant’s business, including, but not limited to, loss of profits, loss of rents or other revenues, loss of business opportunity, loss of goodwill or loss of use, or other loss or damage, bodily injury or death, related to any malfunction, circumvention or other failure of any security services which Landlord may provide pursuant to this Paragraph 16.1, or for the failure of any of the foregoing security services to prevent bodily injury, death, or property damage, or loss, or to apprehend any person suspected of causing such injury, death, damage or loss.
Security Services. Lessee acknowledges that Lessor is not providing, and is not obligated to provide, any security protection services to the demised premises, Building or Land.
Security Services. Tenant acknowledges and agrees that, while Landlord may (but shall not be obligated to) patrol the Project, Landlord is not providing any security services with respect to the Premises or Project and that Landlord shall not be liable to Tenant for, and Tenant waives any claim against Landlord with respect to, any loss by theft or any other damage suffered or incurred by Tenant in connection with any unauthorized entry into the Premises or any other breach of security with respect to the Premises or Project.
Security Services. The Association shall have the power to provide, or to contract for the provision of, security patrols or other security measures, or both, as the Board deems necessary.
Security Services. Certain security measures (both by electronic equipment and personnel) may be provided by Landlord in connection with the Building and Common Areas. However, Tenant hereby acknowledges that such security is intended to be only for the benefit of the Landlord in protecting its property from fire, theft, vandalism and similar perils and while certain incidental benefits may accrue to the Tenant therefrom, such security is not for the purpose of protecting either the property of Tenant or the safety of its officers, employees, servants or invitees. By providing such security, Landlord assumes no obligation to Tenant and shall have no liability arising therefrom. If, as a result of Tenant's particular occupancy of the Premises, Landlord in its sole discretion determines that it is necessary to provide security or implement additional security measures or devices in or about the Building or the Common Areas, Tenant shall be required to pay, as additional rent, the cost or increased cost, as the case may be, of such security.
Security Services. 12.1 The Contractor shall administer the Eligible User’s site security procedures and post orders.
12.2 The Contractor shall provide supervision of Security Officers, as required by the Eligible User’s SLA.
12.3 The Contractor shall ensure that current, applicable security licenses, and driver’s licenses or state identification cards are kept on the Security Officer’s person while he/she is on duty.
12.4 The Contractor shall ensure that Security Officers providing services under this Contract and Eligible Users’ SLAs maintain appropriate discipline, appearance, professional demeanor, integrity, and attention to duty.
12.5 The Contractor shall ensure that Security Officers perform all services in accordance with oral or written instructions provided by the Eligible User.
12.6 The Contractor shall ensure that Security Officers contact the Eligible User for guidance if situations arise that Security Officers cannot handle.
