Common use of Producer Service Fee Clause in Contracts

Producer Service Fee. The Contractholder has selected and entered into an agreement with Xxxxx Xxxxx (“Producer”), under which the Producer has agreed to provide consulting services to the Contractholder in connection with the Contractholder’s Plan(s) (the “Service Agreement”), in return for payment from the Contractholder of compensation negotiated directly between the Contractholder and the Producer (the “Fee”). Blue Shield is not a party to the Service Agreement.

Blue Shield is not a party to the Service Agreement.
