Common use of PRODUCT AND DELIVERY Clause in Contracts

PRODUCT AND DELIVERY. 2.1 Deliveries shall be made within ten (10) days of order. 2.2 If delays are anticipated, the contractor shall notify the requesting department of the expected delivery date. 2.2.1 The order may be cancelled if delivery time is unsatisfactory and the departments may then procure from other sources and the contractor may be held responsible for any excess cost. 2.3 No minimum order requirements. 2.4 Invoices shall contain the purchase order number, department requesting, name of product, supplier and manufacturer of product, destination of product, unit of measure and number of units delivered and shipper information. 2.4.1 Units of measure bid shall be the same unit of measure invoiced. 2.5 Bid lines one (1) and two (2) are the same product, just different methods of shipping/delivery. 2.6 Same for Bid lines three (3) and four (4). 2.7 Departments may either order by bag(s) or pallet(s). 2.8 Departments placing an order shall provide the deliver and invoice address and information. 2.9 Acceptable Brands are Snow Plow, IceAway Max, Near Zero Down, bulk ice slicer NZ and RS or equivalents.
