Common use of Product and Service Warranties and Reserves Clause in Contracts

Product and Service Warranties and Reserves. Except as set forth in Schedule 2.1(h), there are no product warranty claims relating to sales of the Company's products occurring on or prior to the date of this Agreement. The only express warranties, written or oral, with respect to the products or services sold by the Company are set forth in Schedule 2.1(h).
