Product and Technical Support Sample Clauses
Product and Technical Support. For two (2) years after acceptance of the Product by Licensee, Licensor may make reasonable commercial efforts to identify, correct and provide an updated version of the Product upon Licensee’s request. Licensee shall be responsible for providing all end user technical support for the Product.
Product and Technical Support. BIOSHAFT shall provide a minimum of two years warranty for its products and service the warranty at its own costs.
